Hi All,

Need some help with the 4180 scanner and slides. I've had the scanner for
about a year and scanned slides with it several months back with no problem.
However, now when I try to scan slides, it does a scan like a document and
not film. The reflective module was removed and the slide holder is properly
installed and every option that looks pertinent has been tried but nothing
works. I know there is something that I'm missing but too dumb to figure it
out. Epson's help site instructions were checked but they don't tell you
what to do if it does not work.
