I have an Epson All-In-One RX500 with an outstanding problem. I cannot
scan 8 1/2 by 11 documents and capture the entire document. I have checked
the manual to no avail. I'm using Epson's Smart Panel as an interface. That
program lets you reduce or enlarge an image, but does not control the original
size of the
scan.The result is that I am chopping off one edge or another no matter how I
position the document on the scanner or enlarge or reduce the image. I can see
that
the scanning light is wider than the 8 1/2 width of paper, and it's travel is
beyond
the 11 inch mark. I don't know if there is some adjustment or setting that can
be done to capture a full 8 1/2 by 11 inch image from this machine. Does anyone

have any ideas?
