how far can i go (cpu)

I am new to AMD processors and I really know nothing about these systems. I
have used Intel processors all my life. I am wanting to upgrade the
processor and I need a little guidance. I have an Athlon 64 X2 (W) 4200+ 2.2
GHz in a A8M2N-LA mobo. What is the fastest processor I can put in this
mobo?
