I tried to burn data on Verbatim DVD+R with Nero, but after buring
Lead In space, I got error does burning has failed without explicitly
presented reason. What could be the reason ?

DVD's, TY in particular, burns better at higher speed. Perhaps
YUDEN000_T03 (16x) is not really compatible with Matsushita UJ-841S
(8x)? Check if there's firmware update. Or, use YUDEN000_T02 (8x).

You may want to uncheck it.

The above indicates media problem. See above about compatibility.

Do you have cRoxio POS? If not, disable winxp burn function:

Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Services, double-click "IMAPI CD
Burning", click Stop, then set "Startup type" as "Disabled".
