Default Re-authoring a 3D (red/green) DVD? - 04-09-2007 , 01:15 AM

Anyone know of a way to rip the 3D (red/green) video from a
DVD into 2 separate red/green streams, then recombine them
into a new single composite stream?

Reason for asking: I have "Shrek 3D" on DVD but the anaglyph
stereo separation is atrocious and needs fixing, so I'd like
to do it, if possible. Perhaps a combination of VirtualDub,
TMPGEnc, etc? Anyone done anything like this before? Thanks.

Are these stored as camera angles ? ...IfoEdit comes in mind..then you
only have to re-author this dvd...
