TMPGenc - Full Screen Aspect Ratio question

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between Full Screen Aspect
Ratio and Full Screen Aspect Ratio 2 in TMPGenc? I always use the
'first one', but would like to know why there are two as surely they
will both do the same thing?

Oops, that should have been 'Full Screen KEEP Aspect Ratio'
