My Pioneer is only 14 months old and while I record a lot of stuff, I
don't burn *that* much onto DVDs.

So I was surprised when yesterday I went through 5 discs: the first
three it tried to copy my programmes but kept saying "cannot complete
operation". I thought it may have been my new discs, so then I tried
two other brands and the machine ejected both of them.

Is this a problem anyone's encountered before? Is there anything I
could try? Do these machines need cleaning for instance??
