The StartSmart feature that brings all functions onto one page quit working.
It fails to show any functions. It is basically a blank usless templet. I
have reloaded the program several times. Any ideas? I had to create a
desk folder with all of the individual shortcut to the individual functions
to use them. They seem to work but the start smart does not.

The same has happened to mine. The individual programs will work, but when
StartSmart is opened, all you get is the frame. You can change the colors
and open and close the side sliders, but the inside of the frame is just my
desktop background. I have deleted and reinstalled several times and put on
the last several updates, but it does not help. I just installed it on my
laptop and it works fine. There is nothing on Nero's support site.

Drop your screen text size to 91 or lower and it will work just fine.
The Nero folks told me about this, though I had to wait about a week for
