I have one and I have a Nforce2 ultra 400 from DFI. The DFI is the
superior board. The DFI has voltage and multiplier control also you
can change the frequency in 1 Mhz steps.
The ECS doesn't have a chipset temperature monitor, and the only
changes you can make in freq, is 100, 133, 166 and 200. Also the
board was unstable with a 2100+ palomino CPU. The palomino was cooled
ok, I think the chipset was overheating due to the increased core
voltage.
It is running fine with a 2500+ barton, however.

XP2600 chip for $119. Any experience with this mobo? Good? Bad?
