I've got a Lanparty Ultra board and a 3800X2 over clocked to 2.6Ghz. The
main thing is to get the heat out of it. That being said, you don't really
need an expensive cooler. I got by using the factory cooler and a ducted
case fan. The ductwork was made from stiff paper such as a hanging file
folder. Monitor the temp with one of the utilities provided with the MB
and over clock away. BTW, what did you use to determine the stability at
2.4GHz? I ran two instances of Prime95 for 12Hrs before I called it good.
