Default prob installing thermaltake heatsink - 12-27-2005 , 01:23 PM

Thermaltake Polo 735 rev 2 A2144
I have a p4 processor

instructions
http://www.thermaltake.com/support/i...lo735_Rev2.pdf
(by the way. that URL is a direct link to a PDF . I see that google
hides the length of the link. )

-
I put the 'I Bar' in the heatsink through the center, and can see how
that the clips go over it. but the clips just aren't proper clips. They
are like in that picture.

One side of the clip is a clip like thing - push with thumb type thing.
The other side of the 'clip' is not. The other side doesn't seem to
hook securely onto anything

thanks in advance

The right hand side slips off regardless. Due to gravity

Got it now. I hadn't noticed that the bar that I put in the HSF called
an I bar, had a V or U in the middle of it, and was upside down. Now
if lifts the clips and hinges them. BEfore it didn't lift the clips
high enough.
