Default A good build? - 02-05-2010 , 05:14 PM

-------------------------------------

I am planning to build myself a new system. Do these look like good
choices? Does anybody know of any conflicts here? I thought someone here
would have a good suggestion for thermal paste. Other than that is there
anything I'm leaving out? Any suggestions are welcome. This will be my
first build.

The heatsink seems excessively priced, I'd go cheaper or
move up to watercooling rather than that.

With 64bit OS and the total build price I feel more than 4GB
memory would be appropriate.

I'm not going to open 12 links to find out what you propose. Describe
them in plain language, too, and I'll follow links to those I need.
