low power and console redirection

Is that possible with available motherboards boards? So far, all the
boards I have found with console redirection have been Prescott and Xeon
based. I need a board that, with a suitable chassis swap, could be happy
in the living room and a co-lo facility. Actually, I'd rather it be
possible to run quietly in a 1u, but that may be asking a bit much.

I imagine something no hotter than Athlon 64. A Pentium-M would be
better.

Well, you ask for a server feature in a low-power board. A bit
difficult to get.
