I just set up a new computer and I want to get TV-out so that I can
see my PC screen on my TV. I'm not sure what I want to look for, for
one, I do not have any AGP slots, and two, even though i have PCI's
available, the motherboard has onboard video, so I don't know if it'll
be a bitch to do that. So, I was wondering if there's any other
options rather than just another video, or if that is my best option,
where I can find a PCI with TV-out.

I suggest you look at a buddies first ... pc on tv is not much to see.

You'll have to buy a PCI video card with TV out. There's no way to do it
with the on-board video on your motherboard.
