Lookinmg for a media player that allows transparency & re-sizing - 06-29-2003 , 12:59 AM

Does anyone know of a media player that you can view in a transparent
window and also resize? That way I can do my regular computer tasks
while I watch the video at the same time. Any help with this is
greatly appreiated.
