A relative want buy an high end 21" LCD.
The usage will not be game, and only few video. (he want acceptable speed
for video, but can accept not perfect video speed)
I'll be used for a lot of task, like desktop publishing, work on photo, and
using all Windows application several hour each days. He want a very
confortable screen for eye. (his view is not perfect)

He want the better image possible, and select three monitor:
Viewsonic VP2130b
Eizo FlexScan S2110W
Eizo FlexScan S2100

he prefer 1600x1200 (VP2130b and S2100) and "16/9" 1680x1050 (S2110W).
But it seem S2110W brightness is better (450 cd/m2) than S2100 or VP2130b
(300 cd/m2)

Viewsonic price is lower, but I don't known if eizo is better or not
