I've been looking for a new graphic card below 150£ and found this one

Everything seems right (even the clock speed is 400 MHz, so it's the new
chip not the old one which was 350) but the price. It's just to cheap, every
other card with the same chip costs at least 155 (some get to 200) and I
would like to know where th trick is.
So if someone has this card and is willing to talk about it or if you can
find any review I would be grateful.
