I installed a cd-rw drive, hard drive, and floppy drive, and a pci
video card. all the drives had previously been in the machine and
worked.

I reinstalled them, and accessed the bios, which works fine. But, none
of the drives respond. The cd drive worked intermittently. The floppy
drive does not work, and I get a message asking me to take out the
disk and press any key, but there is no disk!!!

I tried to install DOS 6.22 thru the floppy drive, and tried to get
the system recovery disk to work in the cd drive, and used the WD
recovery disk to try to get to the hard drive. Nothing works.

Does anyone have any ideas? Everything is connected properly.
