Default Decent PCI Express card with DVI output? - 10-11-2006 , 07:48 PM

Hi. I just obtained a decent LCD monitor with a DVI input: 19", response
time 4 ms, contrast ratio 1400:1, brightness 300 cd/m2.

What is the best PCI Express card with a DVI output that can be had for
under US$60?

Additional notes: My system already has a Nvidea GeForce 6150LE chipset
on its mainboard and I'm not impressed with its graphics performance. It
does not have a DVI connector. As I scroll web pages, the text becomes
blurry; no better than CRT monitors and US$90 PCI graphics accelerators
of vintage 1998!! I wish to be able to read text as I'm scrolling down
web pages.

Which of the following would be the best value ? :

BFG R73256GSOCE; GeForce 7300LE; 256MB US$66
Gigabyte GV-RX13128D-RH; Radeon X1300; 128MB US$51
Gigabyte GV-NX62TC256P8-RH; GeForce 6200TC; 128MB US$48
MSI MS-8964; Radeon X600 Pro; 128MB US$43
Dell H9142 (OEM); Radeon X600 Pro; 128MB US$39

Wintec 35111141-R; Pegasus ADD2; "Rather than using an add-on graphics
card, the Pegasus ADD2 card interfaces with the on-board graphics
chipset via the standard x16 PCI Express socket allowing for high-end
graphical connections at a fraction of the cost of comparatively
equipped video cards." US$25
