Hi,

I've emailed datx about problems with installing DT3154 drivers. Just
an
update. I installed W2k, plugged in the board, did the
"Disabling the Device" part, then the "Add Hardware Wizard" part, as
specified in the docs. I get OLC_STS_NOOPENDEVICE.

Datx says:

please try to find the entry "OS PnP installed" (or similar) in your
BIOS
setup of the mainboard. Set this entry to "No" and your problem should
be
gone. The DT 3154 does not have a Plug-n-Play capable driver and does
not
work if this option is enabled. Just let me know if you still run into
problems.

I've set OS Type to Other (its an Intel SE7505VB2 mob, mention of BIOS
explicitely), still no good.

Anyone got any ideas how I can get either get W2K to eat the drivers,
or kill off PnP in the BIOS, or anything else for the matter?
