hello, i saw a computer at the store that looked good. but it uses the ATI Radeon Xpress 1100. i believe this is a shared memory chip design built onto the motherboard. if the system has a video chip on the motherboard, can you buy a graphics card and "override" the standard computer video? basically, i'd like to have the computer ignore the ATI 1100 circuits it has and use the aftermarket graphics card instead. |
