Default Windows Media Encoder 9 Series - video requirements and video in - 03-27-2006 , 03:43 PM

We are choosing some new hardware to use as a audio and video streamer over
the web. The equipment actually streams to a web server (via LAN) which in
turn will stream to the web.

Windows Media Encoder 9 Series requires certain specifications:
Dual 2 GHz or higher processor, such as an Intel Xeon or AMD Athlon MP
Windows XP
256 MB of RAM or higher
Supported audio and video capture devices which we hope will be met
by a Dell machine (xps200) with:

Sound Blaster Audigy 2 series
Intel ® Graphics Media Accelerator 950

However, it does not appear that the Intel ® Graphics Media Accelerator 950
has a Video In. What card or adapter is best to accomplish this?

Any other suggestions will also be helpful!
