soyo 41875 black label dragon 2 ver. 1.0 motherboard 875 chipset.

I have my old video card in now a nvidea 32mb, I can't get the 9800
radeon pro 256 mb by ATI to work. It will work in my old Dell 8100
xps. I am now building a pc, I've changed the CMOS several times with
the nvidea card, then put the 9800 in to try, updated the chipset, but
all I get is one line of flickering distorted graphic when I boot up,
and it freezes, I can't get to CMOS with the 9800 pro. HELP, I've
been working on this for two weeks. I know the card is good, I've
loaded it on my old Dell with the drivers and all, and it works.
