I hope you can help me. After hours of talking to Kodak tech support,
I still can't transfer pictures from my Easy Share Camera to my XP
laptop. Finally, they said it was that my USB port and to check out
microsoft.com. So I did, but everything was already up-to-date.
Device Manager indicates USB 2.0 Enhanced Host Controller 24CD,
Universal Host Controllers and Root Hub, but I don't know if a driver
is corrupted. I have an optical, wireless mouse that works fine in
both ports. Does anyone have any ideas?
