Seems to work with my main PC, but when I click the (hardware) swap switch on
top of the box, it hops over to the other pc - showing the screen contents - but
only for a few seconds, then it returns to the main pc.

Same behavior if the other PC is turned off - except that it shows a blank
screen as expected...but then hops back.

Seems like I'm doing something dumb, but what?
