LCD Advice

Hello,

I'm looking to buy a 17" LCD flat panel monitor on the cheap. I've
found two at tigerdirect.com that look OK for the money I want to
spend, but I'd like to know if anyone out that can make a solid
recommendation for one or the other or both even. Thanks.

The first is a Smart Modular SV3170-A, the URL for it is at:
