It is a slide scanner made in Japan (c. 1995?). It uses a GPIB interface
to transfer data. After installing the interface, I can detect that I
have connection because the error light blinks on the scanner when I
send *IDN?, however the scanner doesn't send anything back. I suspect it
has something to do with the dip switches in the back and setting them
correctly, but it says nowhere on the device on how to set them.

Does anyone have or know where I can get a manual on how to set the dip
switches in back of the scanner? Also, if I can get a list of the
commands the device recognizes, that would be fantastic.
