Hi

Can anyone help. We have a HP all in one fax, printer, scanner and
want incoming faxes to save to our hard drive rather than print out.
This facility was available for earlier versions but not anymore. The
idea now is to use the fax service within Windows 2000 pro which
should let us do this. According to HP this model is compatible;
however, we are not seeing fax listed as an option in control panel.
The 4100 has been installed using the disk provided which doesn't give
alot of scope for changing settings and according to Windows help the
fax icon should appear in control panel as soon as a suitable fax is
installed.
