Canon 4200 printing probs

Please can anyone shed any light on my printer problem? I have a
Canon 4200 inkjet which has stopped printing. When i say stopped I
mean there is nothing on the paper, it is still doing everything it
should but the paper is either coming out blank or only very feint
signs of ink on it. I tried cleaning the printer head and ended up
breaking it so I have bought a new one with new ink cartridges and the
same thing is happening. i just don't understand it, it just looks as
though it is out of ink but like I said its got brand new cartridges
in.

Go and get the latest updated driver and install it.
If still not working then the hardware of your printer head has problem.

Make sure the cable is good and is plug securely.
Go and get the latest updated driver and install it.
If still not working then the hardware of your printer head has problem.
