We plan to release new models in future that will support other
cartridges from other brands. This includes colour cartridges. Look
out for our new product announcements.

We do reply to enquiries. We have developed good relations with many
of our distributors and resellers and will continue to nurture such
relationships because they are win-win for all parties.

With regards to the cost, we don't think that it is expensive when you
consider the amount that you would have to pay for new cartridges. See
