I use WIN-me and 98 for many things, but also use a DOS program within windows for wordprocessing. I am looking for a flat screen monitor which will work at lower resolution settings (as well as at high res) which will not produce a tiny DOS box -- that is, I want to fill the screen with DOS text, just as I do my "regular" monitor. Can anyone suggest a flat screen brand and model wich will meet both my DOS and windows needs? If by "flat screen" you mean LCD, the answer is that most will do this. Indeed, every one I've used has a setup option (usually the default) to expand text mode to fill the screen. The downside is that the expended characters aren't always particularly clear.
