Logitech Keyboard - Typing wrong characters!

I recently reinstalled my OS (Windows XP), and now instead of a
questionmark (shift+questionmark), I get and E with an accent in MS
Word, MS Outlook, etc. Internet Explorer works fine!

Can anyone help me fix this?

What font are you using as your default? You may have the wrong
language & or font set up.
