I have an NEC versa 2435CD laptop with a Synaptics touchpad, running
Win95. I have a Logitech S48a PS/2 wheelmouse I'd like to use with
it. I have the latest version of the mouseman drivers/application.

With the touchpad disconnected, the dirvers correctly identify the
wheelmouse, but with the touchpad connected, they think the mouse is
only a 2 button PS/2 mouse. If I try to force the driver to recognize
the S48 mouse, the pointer goes crazy.

How do I make the wheelmouse properly be identfied ans operate as what
it is, without disconnecting the touchpad (which is very hard to do)?
