Default password protection for usb memorykey? - 09-09-2003 , 08:03 AM

Hi,

I use a 128 Mb usb key to carry documents etc to en from school. The key
only has a write proction switch. So if i lose the key and a student finds
it he/she has acces to all my data (including tests en grading).

What i am looking for is a password protection program that will launch when
the key is inserted in a usb drive and won't allow acces to the key until
the proper password has been entered.

Does anybody know of such a programm?

I already tried google, but only came up with the opposite: a program that
will lock the pc's usb ports to prevent the use of a usbkey.

Thanks,

AWi

Recommend a software -- StorageCrypt .

It is easy to use and support all kind of usb drive , external hard
drive .

You can set each partition as public or privacy .
