In desperation I changed the cartridges, cleaned the head a few more times and hey presto the printer started to print ok. Someone else told me to shake ink carts - I don't know if this works. cheers john |

Hi Rhonda
thinking about your problem are you sure connections to computer is ok,
try a different lead or try printer on different computer.
