Hi, I hope someone can help me.
In my device manager I have a yellow exclamation point next to my CD Rom
Controller....
Mitsumi CD Rom Controller with double speed.

I actually have an Atapi cd rw installed, but it not operating properly.

I supposedly have the correct Mitsumi drivers installed.

I believe the CD/RW is plug and play as I don't have any software for it.
I reinstalled the software that I have for cd copying and rewriting.

Any help would be appreciated. Please, I am no techie, so please keep it
simple to understand.

hello,

Yellow exclamation mark indicate wrong driver was installed.
Make sure your cdrw driver is the correct one for your model.
Ensure you use the driver for your of windows version not other version.
Click remove the existing driver from its properties and install the correct driver.

Thanks for the help guys,you both seem to make sense. I have no idea where
the Mitsumi controller came from. At least I have ideas what to do
now...thanks!!!
