Suggestions on Printers

I am looking at getting a new colour printer.
Important features are:
Duplex printing - regularly print out manuals
Preferably a network printer
Reasonable speed
Occasionally print shots from my camera on to photo paper.

Realise that I'll probably have to compromise between a document and photo
printer.
Cost is not a big issue as I can claim it as work related expense.
Would laser be a better option than inkjet, particularly for running costs?

Any recent experience and model recommendations would be appreciated.

Most laser printers are a compromize when it comes to printing photos.
That aside, you are looking at a "business class" unit from one of the
better mfrs.
Printing manuals can imply multifolds, heavy covers, and large or small
paper size.
Network capable may be a useful capability.
