Help please! I am using an HP 7550 printer my XP machine. My Vista machine is the network PC and XP is my host machine. I cannot access my printer via my home network because HP does not have Vista drivers for this printer. I followed their fix to set up a "dummy" printer on my Vista machine, but this is to set up a local printer, not a network printer. I tried plugging the printer to my Vista machine but that did not work. Do I need to install the drivers for the "dummy" printer on my XP machine? Thanks! Eddie G sound's like another convincing argument not to use vista for a while. |
