deskjet 692c synchro problem

Hello,

I have a deskjet 692c and I want to synchronize the carriage belt and the paper feed roller. Is anybody have and idea?

The synchronization is done electronically automatically, there is no
mechanical adjustment to do this, what exactly is the problem with the printer?
