Can't help because I just bought my own 4800 Pro.
However, I am VERY interested in any and all difficulties you might
encounter with that model printer.
Running mine on 208vac input power, which is a real hassle here in the
good old USA.
Especially concerned about any nozzle clog problems you might encounter,
because the nozzles are built into the printer.
Seems that could be a terrible situation if a "permanent" clog of any
kind occurred. It would mean we would have to pack up that large
hundred pound bulky printer into its original packing and pay tremendous
shipping costs to get it to/from Epson's repair depot.
Just bought the two year extended warranty, $439 !!!
Good luck with your new 4800, please post from time to time to let new
4800 users know what they might encounter, be it good or bad.
I will do the same here.
