After two years of use, my Samsung ML-1740 is only capable of printing
half pages (vertically). It just happened about a week ago. My first
reaction was to order a new toner cartridge. Got it today and it still
only prints half-pages.

I have the cover off and I'm willing to tinker. I assume the problem is
somehow due to the roller. Is there any way to fix this?
