HP ScanJet 3400C - 04-30-2007 , 08:04 PM

Can someone please tell me how to resolve my problem with my HP ScanJet
3400C? After installing the exe-file I am unable to make scans because it
says "Scanner not initialised" Does not recognize scanner"? Thanks for your
time. Robert
