Hi,

Does anyone know of any scripts for *xix or Windows systems that,
given an LBA, can indicate which file that corresponds to?

For Windows, you must enumerate all files on a volume and call
DeviceIoControl(FSCTL_GET_RETRIEVAL_POINTERS) for each.
